铝对挤压态高铝镁合金组织与力学性能的影响
Influences of Al on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of As-extruded Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Al含量在11%以上的高铝镁合金挤压变形后的组织与力学性能。结果表明,挤压变形可显著细化镁合金的晶粒,并且大大提高镁合金的力学性能。当Al含量为11%时,伸长率达到13.7%;当Al含量为20%时,抗拉强度为371.8MPa;当Al含量为25%时,抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到了最低,为247.0MPa和0.8%。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and properties of as-extruded high-alumina magnesium alloy with the proportion of Al element above 11% were investigated. The research indicates that extruding can refine the grain of magnesium alloy remarkably, and consequently enhance the mechanical properties rapidly,when the proportion of element Al is 11%,the elongation of magnesium alloy is 13.7%,when the proportion of element Al is 20%,tensile strength is 371.8 MPa,when the proportion of element Al is 25%,both the strength and the elongation of magnesium alloy are lowest, 247.0MPa and 0.8%,respectively.
