碳钢/不锈钢的瞬间液相扩散复合
Transient Liquid Phase Diffusion Bonding of Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel
【摘要】 用扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法,研究了H62黄铜为中间层的20钢/304不锈钢瞬间液相扩散复合后结合区的组织、成分与性能。结果表明:在950~1100℃扩散退火0.5~1h,20钢与304不锈钢可以获得良好的冶金结合;当温度较高,时间较长时,在界面附近的20钢一侧,因合金元素含量提高,淬透性提高,导致空冷形成高硬度的马氏体组织;Fe、Cr、Ni向H62黄铜中扩散富集,形成高硬度的岛状组织。
【Abstract】 By SEM and EDX analysis the microstructure and composition in the TLP DB zone of 20 carbon steel/304 stainless steel using H62 brass as an interlayer were examined.The results showed that high strength bonding was obtained between the two steels processed at 950~1100℃ for 0.5~1h.As the time lasted and the temperature increased,martensite was observed in side of 20 steel near the interface in air cooled condition,for the alloy element concentration and the hardenability were improved through diffusion from stainless steel.The islands with high-hardness and high-content of Fe,Cr and Ni in the brass were formed.
