【Abstract】 Using the water-soluble natural silk protein as main materials, and arbutin, glycerine and Vitamin E et al as the auxiliary, the freckle-removing whitening cream of silk dew was developed, which has inhibitory action to the skin freckle. The tests of physics, chemistry and hygiene showed that it was conformed to the stipulation of Cosmetics Hygienic Specification of the Health Ministry (2002). After the experiments of toxicology, dermal sensitivity and irritation, it was proved to be safe and reliable, and obtained the cosmetics batch number for special usage issued by the Health Ministry. The development process and testing results of the cream were briefly discussed.更多还原
