织机电子恒张力装置与柞丝织品质量
Electronic Everlasting Tension Device of Loom and Quality of Tussah Silk Fabrics
【摘要】 研究了织机工作原理、影响张力波动因素和经丝张力的工作特性,讨论了经丝张力的控制方法,并建立了辨识张力电子控制系统的数学模型和程序设计方法。利用PID控制和微机仿真技术,结合生产实践,参考有关文献,绘制设计有关控制线路和机构,成功地控制了柞丝织品的工艺技术精度,使产品质量和生产效率得到提高,缩短了我国织造设备与国外新型织机的技术差距。
【Abstract】 The operating principle of loom, the factors impacted the tension undulation and the operating characteristics of silk warp tension were analyzed and studied in the paper. The controlling method of silk warp tension was discussed, and the mathematical model and the programming method of electronic control system for identifying the tension were established. The process precision of tussah silk fabric was successfully controlled by using the PID control and the microcomputer-simulation technology, which improved the product quality and the production efficiency, and shortened the technological gap between the weaving device in China and the new loom in other countries.
