【摘要】 目的观察楂曲助消合剂治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法60例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组(各30例),分别采用楂曲助消合剂和思密达治疗,疗程3天。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组第1天和第2天的显效率高于对照组相应疗程的显效率(P<0.01)。结论楂曲助消合剂治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效确切,疗程短。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture" in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture" and control group in which 30 cases were treated with Smecta,with a course of 3 days.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 86.6% in control group,P < 0.01;the marked effective rates in the first and second days were higher in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.01) .Conclusion "Zhaqu Zhuxiao Mixture" is quite effective for rotavirus enteritis,with a shorter course.更多还原
