中西医结合治疗21例沙门氏菌食物中毒

【摘要】对21例肠炎沙门氏菌感染引起的食物中毒患者采用中西医结合方法治疗。西医予抗感染、补充电解质及能量合剂等对症处理,中医以祛暑化湿、升清降浊、调畅气机为法,方用王氏连朴饮和藿香正气散加减。全部患者均于治疗3～5d后痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-one cases of salmonelleae food poisoning were treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine. Western medicine gives anti-infection, electrolytes and energy mixture; Chinese medicine gives "Wang’s Lianpu Decoction" and "Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder". All patients were cured and discharged 3-5 days later.更多还原
