【摘要】 目的观察“七叶灵”颗粒配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组的方法将120例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为治疗组(化疗期间同时服用“七叶灵”颗粒)和对照组(单纯化疗),各60例,疗程为8周。观察治疗前后临床症状、体征以及淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况。结果治疗组症状、体征明显改善(P<0.05),NK细胞水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论“七叶灵”颗粒配合化疗可以有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of “Qiyelin Granule” in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Methods 120 subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the combination of chemotherapy and “Qiyelin Granule” and the control group received chemotherapy only. The clinical symptoms and signs as well as the levels of lymphocyte subsets were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Result Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms and signs as well as the levels of NK cells of the treatment group were significantly improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion “Qiyelin Granule” can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of NSCLC patients without causing evident harmful reactions.更多还原
