通塞脉片对大鼠实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的影响
Effect of Tongsaimai Tablets on Rats’ Experimental Hyperlipidemia and Atherosclerosis
【摘要】 目的观察通塞脉片对大鼠实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法大鼠饲以高脂饲料建立食饵性动脉粥样硬化模型,给药1个月后采血,观察主动脉病变情况并检测大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C),采用ELISA法检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、细胞黏附因子(ICAM-1)的水平。结果通塞脉片12.44g生药/kg、6.22g生药/kg剂量能够明显降低动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠主动脉病变的分值和血清中TC、TG、LDL-C的含量,同时亦可明显降低血清中TNF-α、IL-6、ICAM-1的水平,增加血清中HDL-C含量,与模型对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论通塞脉片能够治疗实验性高脂血症,抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tongsaimai Tablet(TSMT) on hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis in rats. Methods The atherosclerosis model in rats was set up by feeding with high cholesterol diet. After having been treated for one month, blood-fat levels (TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C) in serum were measured;the rats were sacrificed and the aortas were collected for pathological changes. The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in serum were also measured by ELISA. Results TSMP could significantly decrease the contents of serum TC,TG and LDL-C,and reduce the score of pathological changes of the aortic arteries,while the level of HDL-C was increased as compared with that of model group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Besides, it could also reduce the expression of the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in serum. Conclusion The results indicate that TSMT can inhibit experimental hyperlipidemia, and prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
