波尔山羊和不同肉用品种绵羊超排处理效果比较分析
Comparative and Analysis of Superovulation on Boer Goats and Different Species of Meat Sheep
【摘要】 在冬季和春季用CIDR+FSH+PG对158只无角道赛特羊、165只萨福克羊和39只波尔山羊分别实施超排处理。处理后结果表明:春季无角道赛特羊与萨福克羊间采卵数、可用胚数差异不显著(P>0.05),春季波尔山羊采卵数(17.58±2.57枚)、可用胚数(15.15±3.56枚)极显著(P<0.01)高于无角道赛特羊与萨福克羊;在春季和冬季,无角道赛特羊采卵数、可用胚数差异不显著(P>0.05),而萨福克羊春季采卵数显著(P<0.05)高于冬季(分别为10.57±3.84枚,8.41±3.16枚);在春季2.5岁与1.5岁和2岁的无角道赛特羊超排处理后采卵数、可用胚数差异显著(P<0.05),1.5岁和2岁无角道赛特羊超排处理后采卵数、可用胚数差异不显著(P>0.05)。不同体重的公羊在春季和冬季对萨福克羊超排的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。冬季无角道赛特羊体重≤69kg组与体重≥80kg组采卵数差异显著(P<0.05),分别为5.46±3.27枚、12.50±5.62枚;可用胚数差异显著(P<0.05),分别为2.81±2.01枚和6.00±3.15枚。
【Abstract】 158 Poll Dorsets(group 1),165 Suffolks(group 2) and 39 Boer Goats(group 3)were superovulated as donor animals with the following treatments:CIDR+FSH+PG in winter(treatment 1) and in spring(treatment 2),respectively.Compared with the three groups in treatment 2,the result was that the quantity of collected embryos and usable embryos(17.58±2.57 and 15.15±3.56,respectively)in group 3 was significantly higher than group 1 and group 2(P<0.01).There were no significant difference between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05).There were no significant difference between treatment 1 and treatment 2 on the quantity of collected embryos and usable embryos of Poll Dorset(P>0.05).However,the quantity of collected embryos of Suffolks in the spring(10.57±3.84) was significantly higher than that in the winter(8.41±3.16).The quantity of collected embryos and usable embryos of 2.5-year-old Poll Dorsets in the spring was significantly higher than that 1.5-year-old and 2-year-old(P<0.01).However,there were no significant difference between 1.5-year-old and 2-year-old(P>0.05).There were significant difference between BW(body weight)≤69kg group and BW≥80kg group on the quantity of collected embryos(P<0.05,5.46±3.27 and 12.50±5.62,respectively)and usable embryos(P<0.05,2.81±2.01 and 6.00±3.15,respectively) of Poll Dorsets in the winter.
