【摘要】 目的探讨重复测量统计分析方法在抑郁症患者生命质量研究中的应用。方法用重复测量方差分析法研究抑郁症患者在不同时点的生命质量变化。结果单变量重复测量方差分析结果显示,在治疗后3个月、6个月时生命质量各个指标和总分与基线相比均有显著变化,并呈现线性趋势。多变量重复测量方差分析结果显示,疾病因素(不同临床表现患者)与时间因素的交互作用对生命质量的影响有统计学意义。结论重复测量在生命质量的研究中不仅能够说明各观测值随时间的变化趋势,并且能通过交互作用的意义来说明分组因素的作用是否会随着时间发生变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose The aim of this study was to discuss the application of repetitive measure in a-nalysis of quality of life (QOL) in depressed outpatients. Methods Repetitive measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used in analyzing QOL at different time points. Results The QOL measured at baseline, 3 months and 6 months increased significantly by uni-variate test of repetitive measure ANOVA. The effect of interaction between disease and time was statistically significant on QOL by multi-variate test of repetitive measure ANOVA. Conclusions Repetitive measure in analysis of QOL can not only demonstrate the change in QOL and its time trend, but also explain the degree of change with time for the QOL in different groups by interaction meaning.更多还原
