【摘要】 [目的]综合运用聚合酶链反应技术与常规技术的检测手段,提高行业从业人员体检中的阳性检出率。[方法]通过聚合酶链反应技术和常规技术相结合的综合检测手段与单纯的常规技术检测手段进行比对,观察分析阳性检出率情况。[结果]聚合酶链反应技术和常规技术相结合的综合检测手段,其阳性检出率(0.85‰)高于单纯常规技术检测手段的阳性检出率(0.12‰)。[结论]聚合酶链反应技术在行业从业人员体检中的应用将大大提高阳性检出率,同时还具降低检测成本和提高检测工作效率的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To improve the detective efficiency in the professional people by combined using the PCR method and other routine diagnostic methods. [Methods] By comparing the combined method of using PCR and routine diagnostic method with simply using routine diagnostic methods,the detection efficiency of these two different ways were evaluated. [Results] Combined use of PCR and routine diagnostic methods could detect far more positive cases than by routine methods alone. [Conclusion] Application of PCR method in physical examination of professioners an greatly improve the positive rate in medical examination,and at the same time reduce the detection cost and thus is a more efficient detective method.更多还原
