壳聚糖基复合材料类新型生物医用材料
Novel Chitosan-based Composite Biomaterials
【摘要】 壳聚糖是由N-乙酰基-D-葡萄糖胺和D-葡萄糖胺单元通过β-D(1→4)连接组成的碱性线性多糖。壳聚糖由于具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和生物活性,已广泛应用于生物医学领域。壳聚糖由于具有许多的活性基团,能进行各种衍生化反应以及与其他材料进行复合制备各类复合材料。本文主要介绍壳聚糖与各类材料如蛋白质、糖胺聚糖、DNA、可降解的聚酯、无机物、合成(离子型和非离子型)的聚合物、或脂质的复合物及其在生物医学上的应用。
【Abstract】 Chitosan is a basic linear polysaccharide that consists of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and D-glucosamine linked by β-D(1→4). Chitosan has been widely used in biomedicine field due to its good biocompatibility,biodegradation and bioactivity.Chitosan has many actjve groups,so many derivatives and many composites can be prepared with other materials. This paper mostly introduces chitosan composites with various materials xuch as protein,glycosaminoglycan,DNA,degradable polyester,mineral,synthetic (ionic and nonionic) polymer and lipid and their applications in biomedicine.
