废弃聚乙烯回收料裂解制燃料油的研究
The Technology of Preparation of Fuel Oil from Polyethylene Waste by Catalytic Cracking
【摘要】 应用自制的废塑料催化裂解实验装置,以废弃聚乙烯回收料作为研究对象,探讨了各种自制催化剂时废弃塑料裂解制取汽油和柴油的影响。使用改性的ZSM-5型分子筛催化剂,在优化条件下制得了70%的燃料油,其中汽油的质量分数达30%~40%。
【Abstract】 A self-made experimental catalytic pyrolytic apparatus for waste plastics is used to recover waste poly- ethylene as a researched object.The effect of the production of gasoline and diesel fuel is investigated from poly- ethylene waste by various catalysts.On the laboratory condition,using a self-made ZSM-5 zeolite as a catalyst, the yield of liquid product which contains about 70% fuel oil and 30%~40% gasoline.
