【Abstract】 Sulfadimethoxine (SDM) was coupled with carrier bovine serum thyroglobulin (BTG) to construct a complete antigen SDM-BTG. The antibody against sulfadimethoxine was produced by the mouse,which was immunized with immunogen SDM-BTG.
