【Abstract】 GDP defects in the value of natural resources and the environment are ignored and distorted, and restrict the sustainable development of Chinese economy. The authors put forward that the Green GDP to the national accounts; implement the scientific concept of development. At the same time, take Chengdu as an example to study, find that Chengdu starts to strengthen environmental awareness recently, and lets the economy go to sustainable development.
