【Abstract】 Compared with the "Tenth Five-Year Plan," there has been a great increase in the number of publishing companies in Shanghai that have committed to the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan of National Important Books." Important factors that are influential in this growth include the history and reputation , the culture, the traditional advantage and the competitive capability of these publishing companies. In order to promote development, organization and harmony, the responsible department of Government should be strengthened, and publishing companies should be encouraged with enthusiasm. Fundamental commitments include independent innovations, the establishment of knowledge systems, including support of special traditional subjects, and support of local special subjects. In order to maintain and to expand advantages, decisive action should be initiated.更多还原
