浮式生产储油轮诱导软刚臂系泊系统的动力响应

【摘要】 建立软刚臂系泊系统的理论模型和动力方程,模拟实际几何与物理特性及作用机制.开发误差判断结合变步长迭代搜索的数值逼近求解方法和软件,计算分析软刚臂系泊系统在浮式生产储油轮(FPSO)空间6自由度运动诱导下的动力响应特性,并进行模型试验验证.结果表明,该模型的数值计算与试验结果符合很好,而且迭代计算次数少、收敛快、误差小,可用于海上软刚臂系泊FP-SO系统动力性能的实时监测或理论预报.建议进一步研制实时监测装置,实现安全监控与防护.

【Abstract】 Soft yoke mooring system has been widely used in ocean oil production activities in Bohai Bay of China to permanently moor a floating production,storage and offloading(FPSO) in shallow water and withstand various environments.A theoretical model of the soft yoke mooring system was founded to simulate its properties and mechanism.A numerical iteration algorithm based on error estimation was developed to calculate the dynamic response of the mooring system due to 6D motions of FPSO.Model test is carried out to verify the numerical simulation.It is shown that the numerical simulation takes only a few iteration times and the errors are small.Furthermore,the agreement of comparisons between the numerical and experimental results is quite good.Based on the efficient model and numerical algorithm,developing a real-time monitoring system is proposed to observe the dynamic performance of soft yoke moored FPSO under real various sea environments.
