【摘要】 产品设计实例类知识质量的好坏直接影响产品设计过程中知识重用和知识共享的效果.在给出由泛性指标、特性指标组成的产品设计实例类知识评价指标体系的基础上,建立产品设计实例类知识质量动态评价模型.探究评价模型中涉及的相关技术和构建方法,分析了动态模型和评价系统的主客观因素,开发了产品设计实例类知识评价工具.运行结果表明,评价工具能客观、有效地反映基于实例推理和知识管理中涉及的实例知识的质量状况,为实例知识共享和重用提供有效的服务和指导.更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of case knowledge for product design affects the knowledge reuse and knowledge sharing in the product design process directly.The evaluating indices system of case knowledge was provided,and the concepts of the elementary indices and the characteristic indices were defined.The dynamic quality assessment model of case knowledge(CKQM) was developed.The related technologies and constructed approach were researched,and the subjective factors and objective factors concerned with the quality assessment model were discussed and analyzed.Finally,the case knowledge evaluation tool was explored.The result validates that the tool is effectual and objective for evaluating the quality status of case knowledge used in the process of case-based reasoning(CBR)and knowledge management(KM),and that it services and guides availably for knowledge sharing,knowledge reuse and decision-making.更多还原
