高硅铝基耐磨材料中Bi对摩擦特性的影响

【摘要】 研究Bi元素对高硅铝基耐磨材料A390合金摩擦性能的影响规律。结果表明,由于Bi的熔点仅有270℃,在摩擦过程容易融化而渗出,形成有效的铋润滑膜,对摩擦表面起到自润滑作用,降低了合金的摩擦系数,也改善了摩擦性能的稳定性,使合金的磨损量及摩擦表面的温度降低。缩短了材料磨损的不均匀阶段。Bi的最佳加入量为2%~3%。

【Abstract】 The influence of Bi on the frictional behavior of A390 alloy was investigated.It was found that the addition of Bi improved the frictional performance of A390 alloy greatly.Because the melt point of Bi is low to 270℃,it could be melted out during the course of friction,then formed the effective"lubricant monolayer"on the friction surface,consequently,reduced the friction coefficient and enhanced the stability of friction performance.Both the wear value and the temperature of frictional surface were reduced,the wear life of A390 alloy was prolonged.The optimal addition of Bi was 2%~3%.
