【摘要】 目的:观察四逆散合痛泻要方为基本方治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例,腹泻主导型与便秘主导型均用上述基本方随证加味。对照组40例用马来酸曲美布汀口服治疗。均1个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈32例,好转16例,无效2例,总有效率为96.0%;对照组治愈17例,好转13例,无效10例,总有效率为75.0%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。且腹泻主导型与便秘主导型分别比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散合痛泻要方为基本方加减治疗肠易激综合征临床疗效满意,在治疗主症(肠道症状)同时,对伴有的肠外症状随证加味,进行全身性调节,可明显提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined Sini Powder and Tongxie Yaofang in treating intestine irritability syndrome.Method:50 patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Sini Powder and Tongxie Yaofang 40 patients in the control group were treated with maleic acid trimebutine.Both the two groups were treated for 1 month.Result:In the treatment group,32 cases were cured,16 cases turned better,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.0%.In the control group,17 cases cured,13 cases turned better,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 75.0%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).Either the main symptom was diarrhea or constipation,the difference between the two groups were notable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined Sini Powder and Tongxie Yaofang has good effect in treating intestine irritability syndrome.It can regulate the function of whole body and improve the living quality of patients.更多还原
