【摘要】 治法是中医药理法方药理论的重要组成部分。在既往的中医药抗肿瘤研究中采用DEN诱导的大鼠肝癌模型开展了不同中医治法对肿瘤相关基因组学影响的研究,尤其在清热解毒治法方面有了一定的进展,对该治法影响的相关基因的研究初步显示了可喜前景。提示开展不同治法的研究是实现中医个体化治疗的可行途径。不同治法对于肿瘤相关基因组学的影响有助于阐明中医药抗癌的内在机制,为中医药治疗肿瘤提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teratment is one of important part in the TCM system of principle and prescription.Effect of different TCM treatments was studied on related genes of mouse model with liver cancer induced by DEN,especially the methods of heat-clearing and detoxicating.It suggested that study on different treatment is feasible pathway in TCM individualation.The effect of different TCM treatments on genomics can do help on internal mechanisms of TCM anticancer and provide thoughts on TCM treatment on cancer.更多还原
