丙烯醛均相氢转移反应制烯丙醇的工艺研究
Studies on Technology Conditions of the Homogeneous Hydrogen Transfer Reaction of Acrolein to Allyl Alcohol
【摘要】 采用异丙醇铝为催化剂,丙烯醛与异丙醇进行均相氢转移反应合成烯丙醇。考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、原料醇醛比等工艺条件对反应结果的影响。结果表明,合适的反应条件为:反应时间60min、反应温度50℃、醇醛摩尔比3:1、催化剂用量为丙烯醛摩尔数的7%,此时丙烯醛的转化率以及烯丙醇的选择性分别为90.4%、91.2%。
【Abstract】 Acrolein was reduced homogeneously to allyl alcohol over aluminum isopropoxide with isopropanol as the hydrogen transfer agent.The effect of technology conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,the ratio of isopropanol to acrolein and the amount of catalyst was studied systematically.It was found that the conversion and the selectivity to allyl alcohol could reach to 90.4% and 91.2%,respectively,when the reaction was carried out for 60 min at 50 ℃,the mole ratio of isopropanol to acrolein and aluminum isopropoxide to acrolein being 3:1 and 0.07:1,respectively.
