乙醛与甲醇缩合制二甲醇缩乙醛的研究
Studies on Acetalization of Acetaldehyde and Methanol
【摘要】 以乙醛和甲醇为原料,合成了二甲醇缩乙醛,考察了催化剂种类、乙醛浓度、反应温度、醇/醛摩尔比、空速、压力等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:大孔磺酸型强酸性离子交换树脂具有很好的醇醛缩合性能,以A-35树脂为催化剂,在常压、反应温度45℃、甲醇/乙醛摩尔比10.0、平均空速9.6h-1的条件下,连续反应800h活性不降低,平均乙醛转化率和缩乙醛选择性分别大于93.0%和99.0%,具有良好的活性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 The 1,1-dimethoxyethane was synthesized with the raw material of acetaldehyde and methanol.The activity and selectivity of products were found to be heavily dependent on catalysts.Among the catalysts tested,A-35 resin gave the highest Acetalization behavior.During being tested for 800h,the 1,1-dimethoxyethane selectivity and conversion of acetaldehyde maintained about 99.0% and 93.0% respectively at the reaction temperature of 45 ??,the mole ratio of methanol and acetaldehyde of 10.0,and LHSV of 9.6 h-1.
