金属塑性变形过程的刚(粘)塑性有限元数值模拟
Rigid(Visco)-plastic FEM Numerical Simulation of Metal Forming Process
【摘要】 介绍了有限元法在塑性加工领域的研究进展;论述了刚(粘)塑性有限元法的主要思想和处理方法。基于前期的本构模型,得出了刚粘塑性有限元法的求解列式。对数值模拟的程序实现及关键技术,也作了介绍,并对有限元数值模拟的发展前景作了预测。
【Abstract】 The progress of FEM simulation for metal deformation process is reviewed.The main theory of rigid(visco)-plastic FEM is dealt with.Based on the former constitutive model,the calculation formulas for rigid(visco)-plastic FEM are obtained.The computer system of FEM numberical simulation is also discussed.Finally,the prospects of the applications of FEM simulation to metal deformation are predicted.
