铁皮石斛原胚体液体悬浮培养条件
Study on the condition of pro-embryoids suspension culture of Dendrobium candidum
【摘要】 以铁皮石斛种子诱导的原胚体为材料,对液体悬浮培养条件下影响铁皮石斛原胚体增殖和多糖成份累积的因素进行了研究．结果表明,铁皮石斛原胚体在1/2MS+1．0mg/L NAA,每20mL接种2g,蔗糖浓度3%或含10%香蕉提取物上清液的液体培养基中增殖最佳,可溶性多糖成分累积相对较高．
【Abstract】 The pro-embryoids of Dendrobium candidum were cultured in Liquid suspension medium with different conditions.The propagation of pro-embryoid and polysaccharide accumulation was investigated.The results showed that the 1/2MS medium with 1.0mg/L NAA and 3% sucrose or 10% extract from banana was the most propitious to the proliferation and the accumulation of polysaccharides of the pro-embryoids.Inoculation with 2g pro-embeyoids in 20mL liquid medium was the most suitable density for pro-embryoid proliferation and polysaccharides accumulation.
