INVENTOR用于斜齿轮造型和有限元分析
Application of Inventor to Helical Gear Model and Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 利用任意转角位置的渐开线齿轮齿廓数学模型在Inventor中进行编程二次开发,实现了斜齿轮的三维建模,并进行了有限元分析,结果是造型精度高,有限元分析较准确,易于掌握。
【Abstract】 Based on the mathematical model of involute gear at any rotary angle,this paper realizes 3D modeling for helical gear by Inventor and process finite element analysis.The 3D model is precise and finite element analysis is more precise.The method is easy to learn.
