【摘要】 本文对区域综合规划实施效果运用目标一致性评估对于其目标达成度进行分析,提出目标达成度低的原因机理,如编制体系不成熟、交叉领导、监督机制和监督力度未得到很好的落实、总体规划和各个专项规划之间协调程度低等六个原因,文章将此种种原因归结为"执行不力",进而提出良好的执行力对于规划目标达成度的作用。更多还原
