【摘要】 目的对腕关节外固定架治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效进行评估。方法回顾性分析采用腕关节外固定架治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折68例72肢,对其中60例64肢获得5~66个月随访(平均24.72个月),通过Jakim评分及患者主观满意度评价临床疗效。结果60例获得随访患者64侧骨折均获得骨折愈合,Jakim评分优良率达83.33%,主观满意率达86.67%。结论腕关节外固定架治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折操作简单,并发症少,短期疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the short-time results of unstable distal radius fractures treated with wrist external fixator.Methods From April 2001 to May 2006,72 wrist external fixators were performed in 68 patients with unstable distal radius fractures,and 64 fractures in 60 patients were followed up at average 24.72months(5～66 months).The patients were evaluated with Jakim wrist score and subjective satisfaction.Results All 64 fractures in 60 patients got union,and 83.33% of patients had excellent or good results by evaluated with Jakim wrist score,the subjective satisfactory rate was 86.67%.Conclusion Wrist external fixator was fairly well for unstable distal radius fractures with simple procedure,less complications,and good clinical results in short-term period.更多还原
