超大直径滚刀钻头在深圳金中环大厦桩基工程中的应用
Application of Large Diameter Roller Cutter Bits in Pile Foundation of Shenzhen Jingzhonghuan High-rise Building
【摘要】 深圳市金中环大厦为超大直径嵌岩桩基础,桩最大直径2800mm,持力层岩石坚硬,单轴抗压强度达140MPa,根据岩石破碎原理,改进设计大直径滚刀钻头,解决了大断面坚硬岩石钻进的技术难题,取得了较高的钻进效率。
【Abstract】 Shenzhen Jingzhonghuan high-rise building’s foundations adopt large diameter rock point pile,the pile’s largest diameter is 2 800mm,bearing stratum solid and uniaxial compressive strength is 140MPa.According to rock crushing mechanism to improved design large diameter roller cutter bits,solve technical problem of drilling in heavy in section solid rock and enhance drilling efficiency.
