基于模糊理论和遗传算法的神经网络权值优化
Optimization of Neural Network Based on Fuzzy Theory and Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 基于遗传算法的神经网络权值优化的研究和应用,已经得到了很大的发展。但是现有的算法仍存在一些缺陷,容易陷入局部解且收敛缓慢。为此结合模糊理论提出了一种改进的遗传算法来实现神经网络的权值优化,并用实例证明了此算法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 The research and application of optimization of neural network based on genetic algorithm have made great progress.However,there is still some shortcomings: relapsing into local optimal solution easily and the convergence is too slow.Combining with fuzzy theory,an improved genetic algorithm which can realize the optimization of neural network was presented.Also the feasibility and availability of the algorithm were proved by an example.
