环氧树脂模具材料配制与固化工艺的试验

【摘要】 为了获得力学性能和热性能均较佳的环氧树脂模具材料,采用4个因素3个水平的正交试验研究了固化剂用量、填料用量、固化温度和固化时间等工艺参数对环氧树脂模具材料抗压强度、抗弯强度、抗冲击强度和负荷变形温度的影响。试验结果表明:影响环氧树脂模具材料性能的因素依次为固化温度、填料用量、固化时间和固化剂用量。当环氧树脂、固化剂、填料三者用量的质量比为100∶85∶150,固化工艺为165℃×2 h,环氧树脂模具材料的性能最优。

【Abstract】 The effects of some factors,such as the mass proportion of cure agent,filler,curing temperature and curing time,on the compressive strength,bending strength,impact strength and loading deformation temperature of the cured epoxy resin were investigated by four-factor,three-level orthogonal experiment for obtaining better mechanical and heat performance of epoxy resin mold material.The results indicate that the performance of epoxy resin mold material is affected orderly by curing temperature,the mass proportion of filler,curing time and the mass proportion of cure agent.When the proportions in quality for epoxy resin,curing agent and filler,follow the 100∶85∶150 and curing processing is done at a temperature of 165 ℃ for two hours,the performance of epoxy resin mold material arrives at the optimumvalue.
