荧光光谱法研究甲磺酸酚妥拉明与血红蛋白的结合作用
Study on the Interaction Between Phentolamine Mesylate and Hemoglobin
【摘要】 药物摄入人体之后,与血液中的血红蛋白结合,从而使血红蛋白的结构和功能发生改变.因此,研究甲磺酸酚妥拉明与血红蛋白的相互作用机理有助于阐明药物在生物体内的运输和代谢机制、药物的毒理机制,以及了解蛋白质的结构与功能关系都具有非常重要的意义.本文用荧光光谱技术研究了甲磺酸酚妥拉明与牛血红蛋白的相互作用机理,确定了相互作用的结合常数及结合位点数.
【Abstract】 The drugs will bind with the hemoglobin in the blood, changing the structure and function of hemoglobin,after it comes into the human’s body.So understanding the interaction mechanism between phentolamine mesylate and hemoglobin has an important significance in illustrating transport and metabolize mechanism of drugs into the organism,toxicity and giving the relationship between the structure and the function of protein.In this paper,the interaction mechanism between phentolamine mesylate and bovine hemoglobin is investigated by using fluorescence spectroscopy technology,the binding constant and numbers of binding sites are confirmed.
