【摘要】 通过与国内外紧密纺纱牵伸机构的对比,介绍了紧密牵伸压力抱合纺纱机构的技术创新点,并对在生产应用过程中大幅度改善成纱质量的机理进行了深入剖析,指出紧密牵伸压力抱合纺纱技术是一项投入少、见效快、质量优良、效益好、符合中国国情并且在我国具有自有知识产权和长远发展前景的创新项目,对全面提升我国纱线产品质量具有意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the comparison with the drafting-devices of compact spinning frame produced abroad, technical innovation of do- mestic compact spinning frame of draft pressure coherence technology is marly introduced in this paper with the mechanism that greatly im- proved the yarn quality deeply analyzed. It points out that the compact draft pressure coherence spinning technology is one of innovation items with lees investment, fast effectiveness, fine quality, good benefit and characteristic of self-intellectual property of China and long-term devel- oping prosperity. It is of far-reaching significance in fully raising Chinese yarn product quality.
