波谱分析方法探讨
Discussion on the analysis method by use of spectrum
【摘要】 介绍了纱条不匀在波谱图上的形态特征,通过对波谱图上机械波的分析,论述了针对罗拉、齿轮、轴、隐波、假波等5种不同故障部位和故障原因的机械波波长计算的典型算法,结合生产实践,对波谱分析方法和程序进行了归纳总结。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces yarn unevenness shape characteristics revealed by spectrum.Through analyzing its mechanical waves,typical calculation of their mechanical wavelength on the 5 trouble-making positions of roller,gear,axes,conceal wave and false wave is thus worked out.Spectrum analysis method and its procedure are also summarized.
