【摘要】 目的:测定不同种质金银花中绿原酸含量并进行初步的品质评价,为优良种质的筛选提供依据。方法:高效液相色谱法。结果:10个不同种质金银花中绿原酸的含量为1.01%~2.36%。结论:不同种质金银花间绿原酸含量存在差异。初步认为,以绿原酸含量为指标,结合药材产量分析,可作为优良品种筛选的有4个种质,包括小鸡爪花、细毛针、大毛花和小毛花;有待研究的4个种质,为大麻叶1、大鸡爪花、红裤腿和麻针;不符合国家质量标准的2个种质,为大麻叶2和红梗子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of different germplasm resources of flos lonicerae japonicae in shandong province by determining the content of chlorogenic acid,and to provide theoretic foundation for good germplasm screening.Methods: HPLC.Result: The contents of chlorogenle acid in ten germplasm rescources of flos lonicerae japonicae are among 1.01% to 2.36%.Conclusion: There are obvious differences between the contents of chlorogenle acid in ten germplasm resources of flos lonicerae japonicae in shandong province.It is primarily considered that the content of chlorogenle Acid and the yield of medicinal materials,four germplasms were screened to be good germplasms,including "xiao ji zhao"、"xian hua"、"da mao hua"and "xiao mao hua";further researching should be done for "da ma ye 1"、"da ji zhao"、"hong ku tui" and "ma zhen";and two germplasms,"da ma ye 2" and "hong gen zi",do not accorded with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The results provided basis for evaluating and screening germplasms of flos lonicerae japonicae.更多还原
