【摘要】 本研究依据《中国公民人文素质现状调查》数据库,从法律意识、法律常识、法律行为三个维度对西南地区农民工法律素质状况进行分析。结果表明:其法律素质整体趋于一致,学历是影响法律素质的重要因素。在此基础上提出相关建议,以期为推动新时期西南地区农村和城市的和谐建设提供有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the database of 《Chinese Citizen Humanities Quality Investigation》,legal quality condition of peasant laborer in southwest China is analyzed from three dimensions including legal sense,the legal general knowledge,the legal behavior.It was concluded that general legal qualities of the peasant laborer are wholly consistent,and the education background is an important affective fact.Proposals are put forward for the purpose of promoting harmonious construction of cities and rural areas.更多还原
