【摘要】 目的研究人味盲基因型与人对蔬菜的嗜好性关系.方法采用阈值法测定269人的味觉基因型,问卷调查他们对蔬菜的嗜好性.结果经χ2检测发现,不同的味觉基因型个体对蔬菜有不同的偏好.结论人的PTC味盲基因型明显影响人对甘蓝苦味、菠菜涩味的敏感程度,这对于指导普通人群的饮食具有一定的参考价值.更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopting the way of deciding tast-blindness with threshold we study the relation of human PTC taste genetype with the liking of vegetable.The liking of vegetable of 269 juveniles through questionnaire shows that different juveniles of PTC taste genetype have different liking of vegetable by χ2 test.There are obvious difference in the liking of vegetable among human PTC taste genetype.This is propitious to direct human dietetic habit.更多还原
