【摘要】 目的探讨AIDS并发巨细胞病毒(CMV)多发性神经根病的诊治方法。方法分析北京地坛医院确诊为AIDS并发CMV多发性神经根病3例患者的临床、实验室资料和治疗情况。结果3例AIDS合并CMV多发性神经根病的患者抗CMV治疗同时接受高效抗逆转录病毒治疗,病情均得到控制,CMV多发性神经根病的症状消失。结论CMV多发性神经根病可发生于AIDS发展的不同时期,同时抗CMV、抗HIV是治疗该病的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate clinical features and treatment of AIDS combined cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy. [Method] Clinical features and treatment of 3 cases with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) combined cytomcgalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy in Ditan hospital were observed and analyzed. [ Result ] The patient’s conditions were controlled and symptoms were disappeared under treatment of anti-combined cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy combined high active anti-retroviral therapy. [ Conclusion ] Cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy can develop at different stages of AIDS. The measures of auti-cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy combined anti-HIV may be an effective way to treat this kind of disease.更多还原
