【摘要】 目的观察经腹腹腔镜肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术治疗肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的疗效。方法用经腹腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤15例。结果手术均成功。手术时间50~160 min,术中出血量40~220 ml。12例随访5~36个月,10例患者血压恢复正常,2例血压明显下降,均无局部复发。结论经腹腔腹腔镜肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术术中解剖标志清楚,手术安全性高,效果满意,可作为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the feasibility of transperitoneal laparoscopics surgery for adrenal pheochromocytoma.[Method] Clinical records of 15 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma treated with transperitoneal laparoscopic surgery were reviewed.[Results] The operations were successfully completed in all 15 cases.Diameters of tumors were 2.0-7.2 cm.Operation time was 50-160min.Intraoperative blood loss was 40～220 ml.The postoperative length of hospitalization was 5-7 days.Pathological examination revealed benign adrenal pheochromocytoma in all cases.Postoperative follow up was 5-36 months in 12 cases.In 10 cases the blood pressure returned to normal,in 2 cases the blood pressure lowered noticeably.No residual tumors were found after laparoscopic surgery.[Conclusions] Transperitoneal laparoscopics surgery for adrenal pheochromocytoma has clear anatomic signs.The surgery is safe and has good effects,it can be considered the preferred choice for adrenal pheochromocytoma.更多还原
