【摘要】 目的探讨穴位贴敷平喘膏治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法将81例慢性喘息型支气管炎迁延期患者随机分为治疗组42例、对照组39例。两组均口服六味地黄丸;治疗组穴位贴敷平喘膏,对照组穴位贴敷安慰剂。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标变化。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.01;CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ、IL-2明显高于对照组,CD+8、IL-4、IL-10明显低于对照组,IgM、IgA、IgG、C3、C4明显高于对照组,IgE水平明显低于对照组,P均<0.01。结论穴位贴敷平喘膏治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎疗效确切;可显著改善患者细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of sticking the acupuncture points with Pingchuan ointment on treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the protracted course, we explored its partial mechanism from molecular immunology aspect. [Methods] 81 patients were divided in two groups:treating group and control group. The two groups were both given sticking the acupuncture points, The treating group was given Pingchuan ointment,while the control group was given placebo; Each group was observed three course, contrasting the changes of each symptom, sign and level of immunoglobulin. [Results]: The total effective rate in the treating group was higher than that in the control group, The levels of CD+4,CD+4/CD+8, IL-2, IFN-γ, C3, C4, IgA, IgG, IgM in the treating group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of IgE, IL-4, IL-10, CD+8 (P<0.05) in the treating group were lower than those in the control group. [Conclusion] Sticking the acupuncture points with Pingchuan ointment treating chronicasthmatic bronchitis has a convinced therapeutic efficiency and can obviously improve the immunity function of the patients.更多还原
