【摘要】 目的:测定不同品种、产地、采收期金银花样品中绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。方法:按2005年版《中国药典》规定的HPLC法测定样品中绿原酸与木犀草苷含量。结果:绿原酸的标准曲线为Y=0.0003X-0.0005,R2=0.9999,木犀草苷的标准曲线为Y=0.0003X-0.0024,R2=1。结论:金银花药材的采收期是影响绿原酸、木犀草苷含量的最重要因素之一,建议在金银花花蕾期(未开放的绿针、白针)进行采摘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7glu in the Flos lonicerae of different kinds,production areas and herborized in different times.Methods: According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia ordains,the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-glu in the Flos Lonicerae were measured with HPLC.Results: The chlorogenic acid standard curve is Y=0.0003X-0.0005,R2 =0.9999,the luteolin-7-glu standard curve is Y=0.0003X-0.0024,R2 =1.Conclusion: The Flos lonicerae’s collecting time is one of the important factors which affects the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-glu,we suggest that Flos lonicerae should be collected in the bud time(not flowered).更多还原
