【摘要】 蚕蛹中含有大量的蛋白质、脂肪酸、甲壳素、糖类、多种蛋白激素、多种维生素、多种微量元素等,具有营养保健,提高免疫功能,抗肿瘤、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇、降血糖、抗氧化作用、护肝作用和雄性激素样作用等。作为药膳同源的传统中药材,具用丰富的营养价值和药用前景。本文综述了近10年来国内外对蚕蛹生物活性成分、药理作用、综合利用及药用前景的研究成果,为蚕蛹的进一步研究开发提供参考。更多还原
