【摘要】 目的建立测定盆炎消凝胶中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法选用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(30∶70),检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在26.4~237.6μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,芍药苷的平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为0.62%。结论方法简便,灵敏,准确,样品处理简便易行,可作为盆炎消凝胶的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine Paeoniflorin in Penyanxiao Gel.METHODS The chromatographic conditions were as follow:Nucleosil C18 column,a mixture of methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4(30∶70) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength at 230 nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 26.4～237.6μg·mL-1 for Paeoniflorin.The average recovery of Paeoniflorin were 99.27%.CONCLUSION This method was accurate,simple and convenient,rapid and reproducible,can be used for the quality control of Penyanxiao Gel.更多还原
