【摘要】 目的选择复壮胶囊方药成分的提取工艺.方法以淫羊藿苷、β-谷甾醇、甜菜碱、人参二醇、人参三醇、总糖及干浸膏为指标,在药材粒度、溶剂量、煎煮温度、滤过、浓缩等条件相同的前提下,采用半仿生提取法(简称SBE法),水提法(简称WE法),醇提法(简称AE法)进行比较研究.结果7个指标综合评价Y值顺序为:YSBE液>YAE液>YWE液.结论复壮胶囊方药成分提取以SBE法提取为优.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the extract technology of Fuzhuang Capsule components.METHODS Tree methods are the semi-bionic extraction (SBE),the water extraction (WE),the alcohol extraction (AE) used to extracted Fuzhuang Capsule,with icariine,β-sitosterol,betarine,panaxadiol,panaxitriol,total saccharine and dried extract weight as the indexes,compare and study the three methods under the same conditions of drug granularity,solvent amount,decocting temperature,filtration,and so on.RESULTS Through all the work above,obtain the comprehensive values Y in turn: Y_ SBE >Y_ AE >Y_ WE .CONCLUSION SBE method is better than the other three methods in the extraction of Fuzhuang Capsule.更多还原
