【摘要】 目的:探讨血清载脂蛋白A-IV(apolipoproteinA-IV,apoA-IV)水平与肥胖、瘦素(leptin)的相关性。方法:选取山东省济南市城市居民和淄博市某农村居民共617名,受试者禁食12~14 h,于早晨7~9时空腹抽取肘静脉血5 ml,静置30 h,3 000 r/min离心15 min后分离血清,立即分装于eppendorf管中,置-70℃保存待用,测定血清leptin和apoA-IV浓度;受试者禁食12~14 h,于清晨空腹测量体重、BMI、BF%及WHR等多项指标,观察血清apo A-IV水平与肥胖和leptin的关系。结果:山东人血清apoA-IV水平与体脂含量呈负相关(男性r=-0.182,女性r=-0.147),但与体脂分布无相关性。血清apoA-IV水平与leptin水平无相关性。结论:肥胖者血清apoA-IV水平降低,leptin不是主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship among serum apolipoprotein A-IV (apoA-IV) concentration,obesity and leptin level.Methods: Six hundred and seventeen people from Jinan urban areas and Zibo rural areas were enrolled in this study.After the donor subjects were deprived of food for 24?h,5?ml blood was drawn from the donors and was kept for 30?h,and then was subjected to 3?000?r/min centrifugalization for 15 minutes.Then the blood serum was separated,immediately filled separately into eppendorf tubes and kept under the condition of-70?℃.The concentration of leptin and apoA-IV was determined.The body weight,BMI,BF%,WHR and several other indexes were measured.Results: ApoA-IV levels were significantly and negatively correlated with body fat concentration,but were not correlated with body fat distribution.Serum apoA-IV levels were not correlated with serum leptin levels.Conclusion: Obese humans have lower serum apoA-IV levels,which are not mainly influenced by leptin.更多还原
