【摘要】 从公共危机管理与战略管理的内涵和特征可以看出,二者的融合既具有可行性更具有必要性。战略管理能够被整合入公共危机管理过程是因为两者具有某些共同特征;其必要性在于两者存在相互弥补性。我国目前公共危机管理与战略管理在决策、实施、评估等方面是分离的,能否真正实现两者的融合,关键在于战略管理能否监控危机管理的整个过程,在各阶段采取相应对策形成一套“危机--战略管理体系”。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the connotation and the character of the public crisis management and the strategic management,we can draw the conclusion that the fusion of the two already has the feasibility and the necessity.The strategic management which can enter by the public crisis management process is because the two have certain common characteristics;the necessity lies in the mutual remedies.The problem of the public crisis management in our country lies in: it separates from the strategic management in aspects such as decision-making, implementation and appraisal.Whether the fusion come true,it depends on the strategic management that can monitor the entire process of the crisis management and take the corresponding measure in various stages to form a set "the crisis-strategy management system".更多还原
