芸薹属作物遗传转化研究的现状及在育种上的应用前景
Progress in the Genetic Transformation of Brassica Vegetable Crops and its Application Prospects in Breeding
【摘要】 本文从再生体系的建立,转化的方法,导入的目的基因以及外源基因表达效率这几个方面综述了这些年来芸薹属作物遗传转化的现状,并对其在育种上的应用进行了展望.
【Abstract】 This paper reviews brassica vegetable crops in terms of the construction of regeneration system,transformation methods,exogenous genes and expression efficiency and discusses the application prospects in breeding.
