番茄红素改善D-半乳糖致衰老大鼠抗氧化功能的研究
Effects of Lycopene on Antioxidantive Action in D-Galactose Induced Aged Rat
【摘要】 用D-半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型.对青年对照组、正常老龄对照组、模型组、高/中/低不同剂量番茄红素组血清MDA含量、肝脏匀浆MDA含量和血液SOD、GSH-Px酶活性进行测定及比较.实验结果表明青年对照组和番茄红素组血清MDA含量和肝脏匀浆MDA含量均比模型组有显著降低(P<0.01),而血液SOD、GSH-Px酶活性比模型组有显著升高(P<0.01).因此摄入适量番茄红素可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而延缓D-半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老.
【Abstract】 To cause aging,Wistar rats were given injections of D-galactose for 5 months.They were randomly divided in four groups,including model group,lycopene groups(low-dose group,middle-dose group and high-dose group).At the same time,young control group and old control group were setup.The content of serum MDA,liver MDA and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px of all gr6ups,which were tested and compared.Experimental results that the content of serum MDA,liver MDA in young group and lycopene group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),compared with model group.However,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px was significantly raised(P<0.01).Therefore lycopene can increase antioxidantive function of rat to stay D-galactose induced consenescence.
