一种基于广义柱的脑血管树建模方法
A Generalized Cylinder based on Method for Modeling Cerebral Vessel Tree
【摘要】 脑血管的树形结构建模能够提高诊疗的精度,我们采用自适应滤波法,提取磁共振血管成像各层图像中的血管轮廓,用广义柱模型对血管进行了简化。通过距离变换找出血管树的中心路径,跟踪提取出血管树的分叉点和片断,并用快速算法对中心路径进行了平滑。最后结合血管半径信息绘制出脑血管的表面。实验结果表明:依据此模型建立的脑血管树,具有较好的空间信息,该方法是有效的。
【Abstract】 Models fitting cerebral vessel’s tree-like structure can improve the precision of diagnosis.An adaptive filter was used to extract vessel contours in each slice and vessels with Generalized Cylinder Model was simplified.Based on distance transformation,the centerline of vessel tree was extracted and it was traced to distinguish the bifurcation points and segment points.A fast smooth filter was applied to enhance the centerline.At last,combined with vessel radius information,the vessel surfaces was rendered.The result show that our method is useful and the constructed cerebral vessel tree has good spatial information.
