低分子肝素生物活性和功能的实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究低分子肝素增加皮肤血管通透性、改善局部血液循环的生物活性,为在化妆品中应用低分子肝素提供理论和数据支持。方法观察给药前后小鼠耳廓微循环的变化,进行比较研究。结果低分子肝素的效价越高,对微血管扩张和毛细血管开放程度影响越大,且持续时间长;低分子肝素对微循环的促进作用明显大于普通肝素;对熊果苷的皮肤渗透有促进作用。结论低分子肝素具有增加皮肤血管通透性、改善局部血液循环的生物活性,并能促进其它活性物质向皮肤渗透。

【Abstract】 Objective To provide theoretical and data support for the applications of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) in cosmetics through studying its biological activity of increasing the permeability of the skin blood vessels and improving the local blood circulation.Method A comparison study by observing the changes of the microcirculation at the auricles of the mice before and after the administration was made.Results The higher the potency of LMWH was,the bigger influence it would have on dilating of micro blood vessels and opening of blood capillaries,and the longer time it could sustain.LMWH had better function of improving the microcirculation than normal heparin.LMWH promoted the penetration of arbutin into the skin.Conclusion LMWH has functions of increasing the permeability of the skin blood vessels and improving the local blood circulation,and can promote the penetration of other active materials into the skin.
